Just Chilling - Flowery Summer Cocktails

Nothing says summer
more than a
cool cocktail
garnished with a pretty flower.

The
Australian Beauty
girls share a few of their
favourites.

1 1/2 parts Grey Goose Le Citron
2 parts white grape juice
3 basil leaves
3 mint leaves
1 tsp elderflower cordial
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 lemon rind

Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients.
Shake hard with plenty of ice.
Strain and serve topped with an edible flower like violet.

1 1/2 parts Grey Goose La Poire vodka
1 1/2 parts ruby red grapefruit juice
1/2 part elderflower liqueur
1/2 part lemon juice
1/2 part simple syrup

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with an edible flower.

This one takes a bit more effort but it's definitely worth it.

1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz raspberry liqueur
1 tsp Hibsicus syrup
Fresh mint
1 Hibiscus Flower & cherry to garnish

Muddle the mint in a margarita glass then discard.
Rim glass with hibiscus syrup and fine sugar.
Shake liquid ingredients over ice
and strain into glass.
Stuff a wild hibiscus flower with a cherry
and stick a mint tip into the cherry.
Spear the flower with a swizzle stickand
place in glass.

Enjoy!
