Just Chilling - Smoothie Rejuvenation


All these
end of year parties
can leave a girl
needing a
little rejuvenation.

Use beautiful fresh ingredients to create healthy and tasty flavours.

The 
Australian Beauty 
girls have found you
the perfect 
pick me up smoothies.





1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp probiotic vanilla yoghurt
1 cup probiotic peach yoghurt
1 tbsp sugar
1 whole peach
4 cubes ice

Blend all ingredients starting with
the milk 
and ending with the ice.




Berry Smoothie

1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 banana
3 tbsp probiotic yoghurt
1/2 cup soy milk
Handful of flat leaf parsley

Blend all ingredients.


The Green Machine

1 handful spinach
1/2 handful flat leaf parsley 
1 avocado
1 tbsp spirulina
1 kiwi fruit
1 banana
1 cup water/ coconut water
 5 ice cubes

Starting with the water, 
blend all ingredients finishing with the ice.
